For those familiar with HMT 2.0 and The Switch, ANIS™ is the next step—going much deeper into the framework, practices, and integration of this work.

Developed by Dr. Gabe Roberts, ANIS™ brings these approaches into a broader, structured system that explores the relationship between nervous system regulation, protective patterns, emotional responses, and everyday experience.

Level 1 introduces the three phases of ANIS™:

• The Chemistry: Breathing practices, ANIS™ Guided Rest, and neutral somatic observation to support regulation.
• The Mind: Exploring protective patterns, ego drivers, and incomplete survival responses within the ANIS framework.
• The Anchor: Interoceptive tracking and integration practices designed to help reinforce new responses in everyday life.

HMT 2.0 remains an essential component, and The Switch contributes foundational practices. ANIS™ expands beyond both, providing a more comprehensive framework for understanding and applying the work.

We are also looking ahead to an important milestone: clinical trials evaluating ANIS™ are planned to begin soon. These studies will help assess its outcomes and build its evidence base.

Level 1 is the foundational entry point for practitioners and students interested in learning ANIS™ and pursuing further training.
